Please complete and submit the form with as much information as you can.  An art consultant will contact you within a few days to discuss additional details.

The Process

  • ​The consultant will work with you to select the artist.
  • Once an artist is selected, you and the artist can finalize the details.
  • 30% of the agreed amount should be paid before the work is initiated.  This amount is non-refundable.
  • Artist may periodically show previews until final approval.
  • Full payment is to be made before the artwork is shipped/collected.
