Contact Requirements

If the collector wants to return the artwork, for any reason, the collector must contact the gallery within 2 weeks of the artwork delivery.  After the 2 week period, no returns will be accepted.  When you contact the gallery for a return, we will try to understand the reason for the return to continually improve our processes.

  1. The gallery shall email you a return shipping label that shall to be used to return the artwork.

  2. Only when the artwork is received in an undamaged condition shall a full refund be issued.


Collector Responsibilities

  1. The collector shall contact the gallery within 2 weeks prior to attempting the return. 

  2. The collector shall be responsible to securely pack and deliver the artwork to a shipping location as instructed.


We suggest keeping the original packaging material for at least 2 weeks in case you want to return the artwork.  

Damaged Package

On the rare chance that the packing of the artwork is damaged upon delivery, kindly do the following:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package.

  2. DO NOT open the package.

  3. Contact the gallery soon as possible.
