This duo examines the desire most of us have to be comfortable and feel emotionally safe, and how ultimately staying within your comfort zone has an expiration date. At some point, sealing yourself off from challenging experiences or breaking out of your comfort zone just makes it harder and harder to break out of those limiting habits. While the initial breaking out point is intimidating, it's an opportunity to grow.
